Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Product not working on arrival
- Major hardware issue covered under warranty
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of product delivery.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor cosmetic scratches or normal wear on refurbished products
- Software-related issues
- Battery backup expectations
- Physical damage after delivery
- Liquid damage
- Electrical damage or burnt components
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
Refurbished Product Information
Refurbished products may contain minor cosmetic signs of previous use. These do not affect the functionality or performance of the product.
All refurbished products are professionally tested before dispatch.
Warranty Policy
New Products
Warranty on new products will be provided directly by the respective manufacturer/company as per their warranty terms and conditions.
Refurbished Products
Warranty on refurbished products will be provided only by Infovision Media through Service Center Warranty.
Important Warranty Notes
- No onsite warranty/service will be provided after sale.
- Customers need to visit or courier the product to our service center for warranty support.
- Warranty covers hardware-related functional issues only.
- Software issues are not covered under warranty.
Return Process
To request a return or warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Order ID or Invoice Copy
- Product issue details
- Product images/videos if required
- Unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, our support team will guide customers regarding replacement or service procedures.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Shipping charges, courier charges and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage Claims
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
Damage claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Infovision Media shall not be responsible for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Software corruption
- Indirect damages
- Courier delays
Customers are advised to maintain proper backup of important data before submitting any device for repair or service.
Governing Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
