At Infovision Media, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and seamless services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for purchases made on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before the product has been dispatched (whichever is earlier). Full refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations.
  • After Dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled directly. You must follow our standard Return Procedure upon receiving the item.

2. Return & Replacement Conditions

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival.
  • The item delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • Missing items or accessories within the package.

Note: Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the shipment along with valid unboxing video proof.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Standard Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo quality verification within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Refund Credit Timeline: Upon successful approval, the refund amount will be initiated back to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet). The credited amount will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

  • Products with missing serial numbers, original packaging, tags, or user manuals.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or physical mishandling by the customer.
  • Softwares, digital products, or downloadable items once activated.
