1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking ID and courier partner link will be shared via Email and SMS.

2. Shipping Timelines (Minimum & Maximum)

We deliver across major cities and remote pin codes in India through trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Bluedart, Speed Post, etc.).

3. Refurbished Products Inspection & Packaging

All refurbished products undergo strict multi-point quality checks and protective packaging prior to dispatch to ensure safety during transit.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and tracking page link. You can track your shipment status live through our courier partner’s portal.

5. Undelivered Packages / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your full delivery address, complete with landmark and correct PIN code, is provided during checkout. In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details or unreachability, courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us.
